Term and Condition
Terms of Payment A 50% deposit is required to guarantee the booking and it is NON refundable. The balance can be settled upon arrival by IDR Cash or Credit Card (Visa and Master Card).
Balance SettledIn difference currencies aside than IDR will be converted based on the VillaBookkeeping Rate on the day of processing. Differences in personal statement of the balance can occur due to the fluctuation with the Indonesian Rupiah and Bank processing time. The Villa cannot held the responsible for these differences.
Dear Valuable Guests, due to high demand of our properties, our requirements that you forward the details of your credit card and stating a 50% deposit from the total cost can be charged to guarantee the booking. Please send us the copy of both sides of your credit card and write down the number and the expiration date of the credit card on the top of the copy sheet to help us to see them clearly.
A Copy of your passport picture is also needed to enable us to complete the transaction with the completed “Booking Request Form”.
As all bookings are on first come first serve basis we recommend that you do this as soon as possible.
